‘Language exams – satisfaction, motivation, prestige’ workshop

On October 9, 2015 the Regional Teacher Development Centre ‘WOM’ in Częstochowa in cooperation with Goethe Institute in Cracow organised a workshop on ‘Language exams – satisfaction, motivation, prestige’ for German teachers of primary and junior high schools.

The workshop covered the preparation of 10 to 16-year-old pupils for A1 and A2 language exams. Teachers learned the following:

what the ‘Fit in Deutsch’ exams include
what is important while preparing students for the exams
what are the assessment criteria
what are the advantages of receiving a certificate (for students, teachers, schools)
